Changes on my study programme

Hi everyone!  How are you? I hope fine

Today I will talk about to changes on my study programme and the true is that I would change many things. To start, I dislike that our department depend of other department, besides we have just six classrooms and two with computers, therefore sometimes we have class in the other department and if the classrooms with computers are busy, we can’t use this, I wish have more classrooms, especially with computers.

Another thing that I dislike is that if you fail a subject, you delay one year and in Chile, where the education is so expensive, is a serious problem. The program just have one structure, I mean, the schedule is just one, I have friends in others universities that they choice the teacher and the schedule according to your priority, however we can’t do and I would like do.

In this career, all the teachers give long homework’s and long texts for the test, as if we have all the time of the world, they forget that almost every day we start the class at 9 am and we finish at 6 pm,  besides this university is far away from the most of students, I must get out of my house at 8 am and I return at 7 pm to make my homework’s, is a madness! I would like reduce the hours of class.

Almost every career in Chile, just the degree go on five years, but in Europa, in the same time you can get the degree, magister and doctorate, because in Chile the education is a business. I HATE THIS!

Summer Plans

Hi everyone, here we go again, this week the topic is "summer plans”

Well, sincerely I'm not sure about what I will do in summer, but I want to get away from Santiago, the city and the heat, I hate the weather of Santiago, I prefer the mountains, the lakes, rivers, volcanos and the cold.

The last summer I traveled to Peru and Bolivia and was a beautiful experience to learn, know and grow, but in this year I am not sure to visit other country, although I would love visit Ecuador, a friends told me that is beautiful, with amazing landscapes, wonderful beach and exotic animals, but maybe this summer I go to backpacking to south of Chile, make the "austral road" or just go to house of my aunt in Villarica, my decision be depended of my time, my money and my companion, because I don’t want travel alone (for the moment).

Now my trouble is the time, because in Forestry we have practice in the summer, but perhaps in this summer we don’t, this would be perfect, I spend a weeks in the work and after run away! But nothing is with certainly, with the passage of the time I will know.

To finish I would like say that not along ago saw a video with ten cheap countries to visit, to 3 of them I would like go in the future, India, Thailand and South Africa.

Hi bloggers at last a fun fopic! Series or movies

Sincerely when I was a child I didn’t like very much the movies or series, but with the passage of time I became in an addicted to series.  In the last two years I watched different series: The walking dead, Orange is the new black, Narcos, Sense8, Stranger things, El chapo, 3%, 13 reasons why, Black mirror, Mr. Robot and now stay watching Rick and Morty. All of them about different kinds, directors, etc

I cannot choose just one, I don't have a favorite series, but in this opportunity I will talk about Sense8, is an interesting series about 8 strangers of different countries that after the death of a woman, they connect mentally and emotionally, through this connection they can communicate and share feelings, emotions, even share language and knowledge. I think that is a series that need time and deep concentration because if you distract a moment, will don’t understand the chapter. Some series are very long and have chapters a little boring, but I believe that this series always is intense, each chapter is interesting.

About this series, my favorite actor is Wolfgang, a strongbox thief of Germany, I like this character because never show his feelings, is crude, cold, always express security and help the other seven characters in hard moments. Besides I believe that Wolgfang is good-looking.

Just watch him! 

Post graduate Studies

Hi bloggers, how are you? I hope that fine!

Today I talking about the Post Graduate Studies… and well, is a hard decision that I must choose in the future.

Really I don't reliable about if continue my studies or start to work, in this moment I think that continue my studies would very interesting, but in this University exist just two topics for magister; Native areas and Nature conservation, Paperwork and environmental planning  and none convince to me. Since childhood I like the animals, specifically the reptiles, I feel fear and admiration with most of them.

For this reasons I think that if I want to continue my studies I must go to abroad, I don’t know where, but I would like learn more about the animals, I would like learn more about all of them, monkeys, lions, elephants, whales, but if I must be more specific I prefer the snakes!  This is the topic that I most like about the nature, besides is an opportunity to learn and practice my English language.

This could be a good option for my future and I am would happy, but the future is untrue and maybe I must start to work barely finish the university, this would very sad.

I dont wanna work!

Hi dear bloggers, this week the topic is my “future” job

Commonly the old people question to kids: “What would you like to do when you grow up?” and the kids answer a doctor, fireman, soccer player, etc. but not always they get practicing done this profession 

When I was about 14 years old I went to south of Chile to house of one aunt, in this travel I loved all the landscapes, the lakes, mountains, rivers, volcanos, and for first time, I thought in my future job. 

Quickly I discovered that an office work was not for me, my strength was the nature, the forests... and here I am, studying forestry. 

This career permit different areas to work, Industry, National parks, conservation, research, and sincerely I don't know which area choose for my future, is a hard decision because in this world is not be enough with make what You like most, we need money and an stable job. Finally, I think that start to work is bid farewell an a life full of dreams and enter a system routine, for this reason I prefer enjoy my youth with my friends, my family, enjoy my thoughts about a better world and no think about my future job.

pollution

Hi bloggers, this week the topic is pollution, an interesting topic that all the world must know.
in Chile, I think that the problem is the few education about this, every day I see people in the street throwing garbage in anywhere, I believe that is shameful see garbage on the sea, in green places, etc. all the time I wonder if this people knows the damage that cause with throwing refuse..
I agree with all the laws that search stop the pollution, but believe that the change must be the way of thinking, and for this we must educate to young people, the kids, they are the new generation and they can change the world.
Besides, I think that the country must invest in technologies that decreased the pollution, but the country is dominated for a few families and the principal interests of these persons are not the environmental.
In other countries, the people must pay a tax for the garbage bags, and this is a way to promote the recycling, re-use and reduce. I believe that exist many ways to reduce the pollution, but the people don’t know it, don’t care it and don’t have time to think it because we live in a system that consumes our time and the few time that have, we use to "enjoy" the life.

P E T S

Hi bloggers, this week the topic is pets, I must admit that never I been a pet’s lover, I prefer the wild animals, and them can not be a pet.

I don’t remember an important pet in my life, to my parents never liked the pets, maybe because keep it clean, feed it, is a hard work, even more so when had four children’s that look after. All the pets that I can remember, was a hamsters of my sister, but they rapidly died, so never was important for me.

However, the last year, I decided have a pet, the family of my sister-in-law had a couple of guinea pig and them had some offspring, I asked for a male and my sister-in-law gifted to me.

Quickly I thought in the name, and I called it "Miki" (hahahah) a funny name, the problem was that my sister-in-law discovered that the guinea pig was a female and I never knew what name give it. Now everyone in my house, call it "la cuy", even my mom say that is my child.

In some weeks I take affection, I really love give it food, she loves all the vegetables; spinach, chard, tomato, carrot, etc. and besides I love lay down with her.
